The records of the Office of the Vice President for Administration consist almost exclusively of material created during 1985-1992 when General Hugh Clausen served in this position. The series consists of subject files related to the Vice President's activities and is arranged alphabetically by folder title. There is some descriptive continuity of the subjects and folder titles with Series 61 A. Max Lennon President's Records.
